Job
Summary: Tutor 9th – 12th grade Peabody High School youth who are voluntarily participating in the Community LEARNS afterschool program. Tutoring includes math and literacy tutoring and homework help. Tutoring and academic credit recovery software utilized, training provided.

The Pittsburgh Community Food bank has many volunteer opportunities.
Here is
a great way to help the Food Bank and play in the dirt at the
same time!!
WE HAVE A NEED FOR
3-5 VOLUNTEERS FOR:
WHAT :Mixing soil/compost and filling buckets for the Balcony Gardens.
We'll work
out
on the back docks (near dumpsters). Can do rain or shine.
WHEN: Week of 5/7: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri; week of
5/14: Mon, Tues, Fri.
Best time
would be 10am-12noon, but could do later in day if volunteers available.
